Hope received an Accounting Certificate from Kings Regional Vocational School in 1979, and an Office Administration – Information Management (OAIM) Diploma from the Nova Scotia Community College, KingstecCampus, in 2001. She lives in Scots Bay with her husband, daughter, and three cats.
